Privacy Policy.

Northfen is a small, operator-led agency. We collect the minimum information we need to respond to inquiries, deliver client work, and understand which pages perform on this site. We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

• Contact form submissions. When you fill out our contact form or book a discovery call, we receive the name, email, brand, website, budget range, and challenge details you provide.
• Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics (page views, referrers, device type, approximate location) to understand how visitors move through the site. We don't build advertising profiles about individual visitors.
• Cookies & local storage. A small number of cookies and localStorage keys keep the site functional (e.g. remembering that you dismissed the cookie banner). You can clear them anytime through your browser.

• Reply to your inquiry and scope a potential engagement.
• Deliver work under a signed statement of work, if we start working together.
• Improve this website — copy, navigation, and conversion flows.
• Comply with legal obligations (tax records, contracts).

Our internal team, and a short list of tools we use to run the business (email, CRM, analytics, scheduling). Every vendor we use has its own privacy policy and processes data on our behalf under standard data-processing terms. We never sell personal information.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete any personal information we hold about you. Email hello@northfen.com and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you're in the EU/UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

We keep inquiry data for up to 24 months so we can follow up on conversations that go quiet. Client project data is retained for the duration of our engagement plus the period required by our accounting and tax obligations.

When we update this policy, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes get a note in our next client-facing communication or a banner on this page.
