Nothing on this website constitutes a contract. Real engagements are governed by a signed statement of work (SOW) between Northfen and the client. The SOW controls scope, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, IP ownership, and termination.

• All numeric performance results shown on this site reflect actual client outcomes and are used with permission.

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control — product, pricing, market conditions, platform algorithm changes. Case studies represent past results and are not a guarantee of future performance for other clients.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northfen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. For client engagements, specific liability limits are defined in each SOW.
